Can’t wrap my head around this thought
Blindsided as the lesson is being taught
Feels like I am out of my mind
That my clock has run out of time
I have no clue what lies beneath the deep
I look in the mirror
Lately its been blurry
I get startled
As I try to see
And suddenly I realize that alien is me
I am out of place in my own space
I ain’t comfortable on the couch
I don’t watch TV
I’m walking around lost inside my own house
I go left, I go right It doesn’t matter
Its like a maze and I can’t find a way out
I end up at the same site
Lost trying to figure out where I’m going tonight
Standing in the darkness and unable to find the light
The man standing in the thick of the night
Walking around blind wasting his time
Trying to see with his eyes through the night while he should be searching for light
